Elegant & Fleshy Rully

Aromas of ripe fruit and minerals such as flint emerge on the nose, creating a fresh, pleasant bouquet. Extremely pleasant on the palate with a vibrant acidity, it is both elegant and fleshy, leading to a fresh, slightly tangy finish. 

  • Aged 50% in French oak for 16 months
Cellaring:  Drink now
Food Pairing:  Delicious with grilled or pan-seared fish like sole, sea bass, or trout, and shellfish like scallops and prawns. A great choice for roasted chicken or a pork loin with a light, creamy sauce. Also excellent with creamy mushroom risotto |🌡️ Serve slightly chilled around 10-12°C

 

STORY BEHIND THE WINE

Based in Nuits-Saint Georges , the Faiveley family have been making wine since 1825 spanning seven generations. Today, the winery is run by siblings Erwan and Eve Faiveley. In their perpetual quest for innovation, the Faivele was the first to use the manual sorting table to ensure only the best grapes were selected for their wines. With a vineyard expanding over more than 120 hectares of vines, consisting of Grand Cru and Premier Cru plots.
