How long does delivery take within Ireland?
We offer nationwide delivery across Ireland. Typically, orders are processed and delivered within 2 to 4 working days. During peak holiday seasons, we recommend ordering early to avoid delays.
Are your wines shipped in secure packaging?
Yes, all our bottles are packed in specially designed, reinforced cardboard transit boxes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. In the unlikely event of a breakage, please contact us immediately for a replacement.
Can I include a personalized gift message with my order?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you will find an option to add a complimentary gift message, which we will print and include inside the package for your recipient.
What is your return policy for corked or spoiled wine?
We stand by the quality of our collection. If you believe a wine is corked or faulty, please retain the bottle and contact our team within 30 days. We will arrange a refund or a replacement bottle of the same value.
Do you offer Click and Collect services?
Yes, you can choose the 'Click and Collect' option at checkout to pick up your order directly from our store at Silver Tassie, Loughlinstown, Co. Dublin, free of charge.
Is there a minimum order quantity for shipping?
