Te Pa Sauvignon Blanc, 2025

Crisp, Fruity and Refreshing Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc

The Te Pa Sauvignon Blanc, 2025 delivers aromatics of nectarine, lime, florals and hints of toasted spice. The palate is concentrated and precise, with citrus, black currant, fresh herbs and grilled pineapple flavours. A wine with crisp, refreshing acidity and a touch of chalky minerality.

  • 100% Sauvignon Blanc
Cellaring:  Drinks well now!
Food Pairing:  Perfect with goat's cheese salad, Thai green curry, grilled fish, or summer vegetable dishes.  | 🌡️ Best served chilled, ideally between 7-10°C

STORY BEHIND THE WINE

Labelling wine from this producer as “New World” is a little disingenuous considering that the Te Pā land has been worked by the McDonald family for 800 years. The winemaking side of things though is fairly new, with the first vintage produced in 2011. It is testament to the quality of the Te Pā label that in a region with no shortage of quality winemakers, it has already made a world-wide name for itself
