Presented by David Whelehan and Polish wine specialist Maggie Domaradzka, this masterclass features the sustainable innovations of Beata Jantoń, who uses PIWI varieties to craft incredibly pure sparkling wines, alongside the precise, site-specific work of Kamil  Barczentewicz. From Austria, we feature the crystalline wines of Turk, paired with the benchmark German wines of Pfeffingen - widely regarded as the gold standard for Scheurebe. This selection moves away from heavy-handed power, leaning instead into "steely" mineral depth and the vibrant, living character that defines the future of Central European elegance.

To complete the experience, we've partnered with ICIAR to bring you a perfectly matched selection of artisanal cheese and charcuterie. These expertly chosen pairings are designed to highlight the unique freshness and flinty textures of each wine, creating a perfect balance for your evening of discovery.
